Please include your support code (at the bottom of Settings in the game) and your iPhone model. We usually answer within two days.
Common questions
I paid for Beans or yen but nothing arrived
Open the shop (tap the yen or Beans chip at the top of the screen, or Settings → Café shop) and tap Missing a purchase? Check again. The game asks the App Store for anything you paid for that hasn't been credited yet and delivers it. If it still doesn't show up after a few minutes, email us with your support code and the receipt email from Apple.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find Tokyo Brew Tycoon and choose “Request a refund”. Apple decides within a day or two.
How do I move my café to a new iPhone?
Turn on iCloud save in Settings on your old iPhone, wait a minute, then install the game on the new one and turn the same switch on. Both phones must be signed in to the same Apple ID with iCloud Drive enabled. If both phones have progress, the game shows a “Two cafés” sheet and lets you choose which one to keep.
My skill training is taking a long time
Lessons train in real time, even while the game is closed. You can leave and come back, follow the countdown on the Lock Screen Live Activity, or tap Finish now to spend Beans (1 Bean per 5 minutes). Beans are earned through daily quests, so nothing has to be bought.
The game asked to track my activity. What does that do?
It lets Meta tell us which of our Facebook or Instagram ads brought you here. It only affects ad measurement; you'll never see ads inside the game either way. You can say no at the prompt or change it later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Details are in the privacy policy.
How do I stop the game sending play statistics?
Settings → Privacy → turn off Share play stats. The game then sends nothing to Firebase or Meta.
What is walk mode?
If your iPhone notices you are walking during a shift, the game offers simpler one-tap controls so you can keep brewing on the move. It needs the Motion & Fitness permission, and the motion data never leaves your phone. Turn walk mode off in Settings if you'd rather not be asked.
How do I reset my progress?
Settings → Reset progress. This wipes your café, levels, yen and Beans on this phone (and in iCloud if iCloud save is on). It cannot be undone, and Beans you bought are not restored by a reset, so think twice.
The music or sound effects stopped
Check Settings → Music and Sound effects, and the silent switch on the side of your iPhone.
I found a bug or the game crashed
Email us what you were doing when it happened, your support code, iPhone model and iOS version. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot. We fix crashes first.
Delete your data
The game keeps your progress only on your iPhone (and in your iCloud if you turned that on). Deleting the app, or using Reset progress, removes it. To delete the anonymous analytics tied to your support code, email us the code and we'll remove it from our Firebase project.
